Process Inefficiencies and Data Silos Contribute to Communication Challenges

Prior to GUARDIAN RFID, Mississippi Co. Jail used Guard1 and the PIPE, a guard tour solution from TimeKeeping Systems, and was heavily dependent on a wide range of paper logging alongside their Jail Management System (JMS) from SOMS (M&M Micro Systems).

SPARTAN, the ultra-rugged Android exclusively GUARDIAN RFID, runs Mobile Command software, a fully configurable mobile platform that auto-synchronizes data between your jail and offender management system and the GUARDIAN RFID Cloud.

Mississippi Co. Command Staff chose GUARDIAN RFID for its powerful configurability, ease of use, and its integration with SOMS.

The GUARDIAN RFID Cloud, OnDemand, will also help Mississippi Co. gain real-time situational awareness, monitor security round performance, and access activity streams and reporting tools from anywhere, while working with their JMS.

The deployment of GUARDIAN RFID was coordinated in exclusive partnership with the Association of Arkansas Counties' Risk Management Fund (AARMF).
