MAPLE GROVE, Minn., January 27, 2021 — GUARDIAN RFID, a global leader in inmate management and tracking systems, announces the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office (Central Point, Oregon) has will deploy GUARDIAN RFID in its 250+ inmate population.

Located over 200 miles south of Sale, Jackson County Sheriff’s Office is digitally transforming its inmate management objectives with the Command & Control platform to automate its inmate tracking, and security rounds including face-to-face cell checks, and other activity logging in real-time.

Having used Zuercher (CentralSquare Technologies) as a jail management system, Jackson County correction staff is familiar with managing security rounds, inmate movements, and daily activity logging. However, after the GUARDIAN RFID implementation, staff will utilize SPARTAN, the ultra-rugged Android running Mobile Command software for facility-wide inmate identification, tracking, and management capabilities.

The GUARDIAN RFID Cloud, OnDemand, will also help Jackson Co. correctional officers gain real-time situational awareness, monitor security round performance, and access activity streams and reporting tools from anywhere.
