Direct purchase

If your agency can buy directly, the fastest route is a conversation with a member of our team. We'll build a quote around your facility's size and needs.

Sole source

If your agency's policy allows a sole-source purchase, our sole-source letter template gives your procurement office the justification it will ask for. Download it, adapt it to your agency, and submit it with your request.

Cooperative purchasing through Sourcewell

If your agency requires a competitive bid, Sourcewell may already cover it. Sourcewell has completed the competitive solicitation on behalf of public agencies, so eligible members can purchase GUARDIAN RFID without running a bid of their own.

Formal bid or RFP

If your procurement office says you must issue your own bid, start with our RFP template. It gives you a ready-made structure for specifying an inmate tracking and management system, so you don't have to write requirements from scratch.
