Description

MAPLE GROVE, Minn., December 19, 2019 — GUARDIAN RFID, a global leader in inmate management and tracking systems, announces the Washington County Sheriff’s Office (Weiser, Idaho) will deploy GUARDIAN RFID to capitalize on data collection and shore up compliance.

Located 75 miles north of Boise, Washington County Sheriff’s Office will be digitally transforming its inmate management objectives with the Command & Control platform to automate its inmate tracking, and security rounds including face-to-face cell checks, and other activity logging in real-time to streamline compliance with Idaho Jail Standards.

Washington County team members will deploy SPARTAN, the ultra-rugged Android from GUARDIAN RFID, running Mobile Command software. Supervisors and administration will be able to quantify how much time officers are spending at the computer and recognize the added efficiency of mobile logging and quick deployment.

GUARDIAN RFID will implement an interface between Washington County’s jail management system, Zuercher (CentralSquare Technologies), and GUARDIAN RFID’s Cloud reporting system, OnDemand to create a real-time, unified system. As Zuercher is currently used within the facility, officers are familiar with logging security checks and will now be able to gain real-time situational awareness, monitor security round performance, and access activity streams and reporting tools from anywhere, while working with its jail management system.
